The building, constituted by an office, two apartments and a penthouse/atelier on the top, is characterised by an abstracted geometrical form that avoids all compositional gestures. Having no contextual references, no relation with a images of domesticity and traditional suggested by its brick, bay-windowed, pitched-roofed neighbours, it isolates itself to the surrounding urban landscape, with the result to be a striking work of architecture on the ambiguous edge between the sculpture and utilitarian.

Visible from the road as element unusual, it is able to create a dynamic urban view with its plan off-white facade, cut out by a long glass ribbon that contributes to give a sense of lightness and transparency, allowing the structure to seemingly float on the garden.

The ground floor is devoted to an atrium, connected with the garden with a large glass wall. From such atrium it accesses to the lift-shaft and the stairwell, illuminated by natural light through a big vertical window that cuts the northeast facade. On the same level, but with access from Haedelstrasse, is located an office with own parking.
